Position Title: Head of China Marketing
Position Overview
The Corporate Marketing team is looking for the qualified marketing manager to lead all marketing efforts in China . C ompany needs someone to dramatically increase its brand awareness among all stakeholders and develop strategic business partnerships in China and Greater China region. This new Sr. Director of Marketing , China will proactively establish relationships with potential partners, government officials, industry associations, customers, and potential recruits to elevate the company brand above our China based competitors. In addition, the new Sr. Director of Marketing will work closely with company product line managers to help develop “go-to-market” strategies to support company‘s country sales teams. MUST have excellent English verbal and written skills.
Scope of Responsibilities
Product Marketing:
Work closely with all the LoB heads and product line managers to develop “go to market” strategies, product packaging/positioning, and demand generation campaigns to support the different country sales teams.
Brand Awareness:
Work with Director of Marcom to come up with creative, cost-effective ways to build up the company brand in China among potential recruits, partners, customers, and government/industry associations.
Alliances:
Responsible for forming alliances with technology and services partners in China across all company product lines - leverage partner networks to uncover sales opportunities.
Reporting Relationships
Sr. Director of Marketing will report to the CMO.
Staff To Manage
In the near term, the Director of Marcom, will have dotted line report into the Sr Director of Marketing and the CMO. Also part of the marketing team is a Marketing Specialist, Corporate Development Manager and two open positions: Marketing Production Specialist and Marketing Representative ( Japan ).
Key Operating Relationships
The Sr. Director of Marketing will need to establish close working relationships with both corporate departments as well as business lines. Especially important is working with HR in corporate and all the Line of Business Heads, Product Managers, and Business Dev/Sales teams based in China . The Sr. Marketing Director will need to be viewed by other company departments as the internal expert on the China IT Outsourcing Market.
