| Business Development Engineer/业务拓展工程师职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility: 1.Build up & maintain good knowledge and relationship with various sectors especially in which ASCO has business interests to support growth and developments of its business in China. 2.Identify， evaluate and recommend opportunities for new businesses as well as existing product-markets 3.Contact relevant parties to seek possible business development opportunities 4.Develop new customers and application. 5.Develop and execute marketing communication programs， establish， strength and maintain good relationship with customers 6.Implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target， increase market share Qualification and requirements: 1.Position requires Bachelors’ degree or above， with engineering background is plus 2.At least 3-year sales or BD experience in industrial area， with working experience in multinational company is preferred 3.Mature， pleasant personality and honest character， ，aggressive pursuit， positive thinker 4.Must be self-motivated， self-sufficient， yet work well in a team atmosphere. 5.Must have the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities. 6.Strong sense of market development & business insight 7.Extensive travel is required Skills 1.Language fluency in both Chinese and English. 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3.Strong organizational， negotiation and persuasive skills. 4.Strong customer facing skills. 5.Strong project management skills. |
