CableProductEngineer职位说明及要求

Main Purpose of Job:

1.0To create/check cable drawings, connector drawings and part numbers. BoM maintenance. ECN control.

Main Elements

1.1To create Part numbers and issue them in Dage Suzhou.

1.2To create cable drawings and Connector drawings in Dage format and Dage part numbers. All drawings need to be issue maintained.

1.3 To produce preliminary Bills of Materials (BOM’s) for products that can be used at the quotation and purchasing stages.

1.4 To check local cable and connector supplier drawing as AVL information, ensure all the spec are meet with customer requirements.

1.5To ‘up issue’, as required, component and assembly drawings following current ECN procedures.

1.6To be responsible for the organization, storage and retrieval of all electronic drawing data and associated documentation.

1.7To organize the transfer of electronic engineering data between Dage Group sites worldwide, customers and suppliers.

1.8To be in charge of issuing and controlling engineering changes (ECN) within the organization and working with Logistics and other teams to implement.

Product Engineer Key skill requirements.

1.Ability to produce drawings using AutoCAD.

2.Ability to produce models and component manufacturing drawings using Pro / Engineer as design platform.
(Secondary requirement).

3.Experience of working to standard drawing conventions i.e. third and first angle projection, BS 308 drawing conventions. Etc.

4.Ability to efficiently import and export electronic drawing data from customers and other Dage sites. This data can arrive in a number of drawing package formats, SDRC, Mechanical Desktop etc. conversion of this data into a format which can viewed is essential.

5.Understanding of current component manufacturing processes, i.e. Cables, Connectors, etc.
