JMI招聘销售经理PositionProfile:BusinessManager(basedinShanghai)职位说明及要求

1. Reporting Relationships The position will report to CEO of the Company, and will have sales and profit responsibility for one entire Business Unit 2. Required Business Impact -Change Catalyst: aid the transformation of the company from steady to high growth momentum. -New Business Development required: as an integral part of achieving the company‘s business vision. Will involve Product Development. -Bring Merchandising Best Practice to the team. -An Instrumental role in the company‘s organization development; a senior position on the Executive team. 3. Major Responsibilities -To establish and lead a new Business Unit, which eventually should become the core merchandising business unit of the company. -To consolidate and grow more business with current customer base, and to then evaluate new business opportunities both in terms of new customers, and new products. -To consolidate and develop the right production sources along with all new business development. -To provide challenge, competition and stimulation to the existing team in terms of business acumen, solid process, best practice and standards. -To Be a strong Leader, and Role Model. -To develop business strategy and execute business plan to achieve specific business goals and profit objectives. 4. Candidate Profile -Clear track record of achievement, especially business growth. -Team leadership experience, probably in Sales or related commercial area. -Over 8 years merchandising experience in textile or related industry. -Bachelor or above with major in textile, international trade or related. -Good communication skill and leadership. 4.
