| Supplier Development Leader职位说明及要求 | |
The candidate will have responsibility for Supplier Development， Supplier Quality， Source Identification， and Project Management of sourcing projects identified by the company as sourcing opportunities for the region. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Keeping project schedule， cost， quality and delivery on target. Communicating the progress of Projects to the Sourcing/ Project Manager in Charlotte (USA). Identification and qualification of new suppliers. Business development and commercial negotiation with local supply base. Drive supplier improvements on cost， quality， delivery， and service. Issue and follow-up on supplier non-conformances and 8D corrective action responses. Travel to suppliers for process verification and or validation Coordination of all in-country PPAP’s and APQP Methodologies until approval Supplier Audits (systems， process， and product) Ensure effective communication to and from suppliers Liaison between suppliers and the company The ideal candidate shall have the following skills: · Strong commitment to exceed the goals as well as business objectives · Strategic thinking， global mindset and advocate of diversity to strengthen the team · Very good interpersonal and communication skills · Experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Development roles. · Capability and experience to lead the APQP process from conception to completion · Awareness of quality tools and capability to help resolve supplier quality issues. · Ability to provide direction and take decisions based on minimum feedback from parent company The candidate must: · Be graduated from Technical University， ideally a Bachelors in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering · Have at least 5-year experience from manufacturing， and or Quality. · Have at least 2-year experience with Project/ Program Management · Have good command of English， including the technical vocabulary The experience with Purchasing is an advantage. Experience with Six Sigma is appreciated. |
