Process Engineer

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Scope of activities

All technical activities associated with the process design and the process control functionality of industrial plants.

Key responsibilities



Lead the process team assigned to a project. Provide guidance/supervision to the process engineers in the team

Preparing manhour estimates and manpower forecasts

Planning and organizing the work， which comprises:

Mass and Energy Balance Calculation

Production of Process Flow Diagrams， Engineering Flow Diagrams， Equipment and Instrument Process Data Sheets and Operating Manuals

Line Sizing Calculations and Line Schedule

Risk Analysis and HAZOP Studies

For revamping projects， checking of equipment under new operation conditions， including thermal studies for heat exchangers

Studies for process optimisation using process simulators

Cooperation in test and start-up activities

Proven experience

Senior process engineer with more than 10 years of relevant working experience in oil， gas， chemical and petrochemical industry.

Minimum requirements



BSc in Chemical engineering or equivalent

Willingness to travel. Candidates shall be ready to perform part of the work in other countries as required (worldwide mobility applies to both short and long term assignments)

Excellent English language skills

Spanish language skills will be an advantage
