Key responsibilities
Lead the rotary equipment team assigned to a project. Provide guidance/supervision to the engineers in the team.
Planning and organizing the work
Management of suppliers (quality， cost， schedule)
Preparing and maintaining execution plans
Preparing and maintaining schedules
Preparing and maintaining equipment cost estimates， manhours estimates and manpower forecasts
Minimum requirements
Leadership skills
Minimum 5 years experience as rotary equipment leader
