1.大学本科及以上学历 2.最好在技术方面具有一定优势，同时也将考虑在其他领域的工作经验 3.至少具有5年以上在跨国公司从事管理职务的经验 4.如有跨地区管理工作经验者将优先考虑 5.具流利的英语书面及交谈能力 6.要求定期在中国境内出差 7.能够设计跨地区工作流程以获得最好的工作结果 8.能够熟练运用SCM应用程序 9.能定期组织对供应商的考评 10.能够组织招投标工作 11.对JIT采购及零库存管理有相当的工作经验 职位描述： 1.管理分布于全国采购团队的工作，约5-8个分支机构，每个分支机构包含至少有2名采 购员，1名电子/电气工程师和1名质量控制工程师 2.领导采购团队找到最具竞争力的产品以满足半导体/电子生产行业客户的需求 3.定期组织对产品和供应商价格与服务的比较与评估 4.采取适当的措施控制采购成本以保证企业在市场中的竞争力 5.运用公司SCM模块对供应商及客户进行管理 6.在合理的期限内对日常咨询进行反馈 7.监督下属的日常行为以确保其对外工作行为能完全遵守职业操守 8.确保供应商的交货时间及物品的质量 工作地点：上海 a. good degree from recognized university b. technical background an advantage but not absolutely necessary， will also consider experience in other areas c. at managerial position in multi-national organizations for at least 5 years d. experience in managing activities in multi locations an advantage e. good English standard in both writing and conversation f. periodical traveling around China is required g. able to design work flow within multi locations to obtain the best possible results h. good knowledge in the applications of SCM module i. ability to conduct vendor appraisals from time to time j. ability to organize tender bidding k. good experience in JIT purchasing and zero inventory control Job description : a. to oversee the sourcing teams located all over China， in about 5 - 8 branch offices， each office will be having at least two sourcing officers， a electronics/electrical engineer and a QC engineer b. to lead sourcing teams to look for the most competitive products to suit the needs of our customers in the semiconductors/electronics manufacturing industries c. to conduct price and services comparisons from time to time on products and suppliers d. to take appropriate measures on purchasing costs at all times to ensure Company in a competitive position to compete in the market e. to rely on Company‘s SCM module to facilitate tasks with both suppliers and customers f. to get back to daily enquiries within a reasonable time frame g. to monitor the daily activities of subordinates to ensure 100% clean behavior with all concerned parties h. to ensure prompt delivery and stable quality on supplies from suppliers Place of work : Shanghai |
