AssistantSMTEngineer职位说明及要求

Role Description:
-Define M/C parameters and establish operation working instruction
-Manage SMT material: solder paste, glue, stencil, jig and other tools.
-Solve process defect, printing quality, soldering quality, and incoming problem.
-Assist on process designing/tools and jigs preparation and parameter setting for the new products.

Requirements:
-College‘s degree holder or equivalent.
-At least 3 years in the field of SMT
-Experience of quality standards and tools implementation for manufacturing.
-Ability to adapt new technologies.
-Good communication/personality skill.
-Skills in oral and written English.
-With strong experience in AOI&X-Ray process handling and support.
