Position: Supply Chain Management Manager

Direct report: Production& Material Planning specialist ， Order management specialist ， WH supervisor ，I/E specialist

Report to: Plant manager
Key Responsibilities:
This role will be charge of product plan， import/export， material planning & purchasing， inventory control and management; sales forecast and order management ;warehouse raw material management， FG Shipment and Transportation management， build ERP system &system operating management.
SCM manager will be manage the follow item and build up efficient team.
for product plan
according to production history and order status to update the forecast from customer order management specialist
make production plan based on the production forecast and order status
lead the regular production meeting to check the material & parts status per order
provide the forecast to Material planning/I&E/ Production for Material order， bonded parts application and manufacturing instruction
coordinate the order production and FG inventory control
for material planning & purchasing -- classify parts into A/B/C category and set up PO model(forecast) for each parts with supplier
according to the production forecast and stock forecast to create and issue PO to supplier
track the PO status with supplier
track and audit the parts inventory on hand， make sure that the physic inventory on hand can match the quantity in the e-system
take care the relative parts Product Change Note from logistic standpoint and handle the abolished parts on hand
for order management-- receive secondary order from global or local customer and plan Shipment date，
confirm the order configuration
release order to production planner for production schedule
track the order production status
Customer contact interface for any order issue & interface with global customer service team
for warehouse management
-- JIT implementation in warehouse (lean layout， FIFO， PO signal， 5S， visual control etc.)
-- supervise material accumulation to ensure the punctual parts delivery
-- supervise the material receiving and product shipment process
-- set up good communication channel and process for parts inventory control
-- conduct financial analysis of material inventory monthly
-- provide monthly inventory status and tendency analysis report to management team as reference

Requirement :
Have concept of JIT manufacturing system and understand production flow and workstation working content
Know well ERP system
Good communication and coordination
Strong skill for production &material planning and inventory control
At least 5 years experience in automotive industries.
Experience with Cummins Operating System (COS).
Understand customs law and regulation， customs clearance operation
Have basic knowledge for financial ratio tendency analysis
Strong leadership &coaching skill
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
