Job Description
This role will handle a broad range of financing transactions for top tier international clients. There will be opportunities to gain exposure to real estate financing， project financing， asset financing or general banking and finance.
The Successful Candidate
Ideally， you will be a mid-level banking lawyer who is experienced in different types of financing transactions and who is seeking to either further broaden their experience and/or specialise in a particular area of finance. Candidates with corporate financing experience and who wish to explore banking and finance opportunities are also encouraged to apply. International or leading local law firm banking lawyers will be considered for this role. Language skills are advantageous but not essential.
