Our client a European insurance company is looking for in-house lawyers for their newly set-up offices in Beijing and Shanghai .
Position Objective
Responsible for all legal related issues， which should include but not limit to contractual， compliance and strategic marketing and policy issues etc.;
Provides legal counsel to functional department to ensure compliance with PRC law & regulations， protocols and contractual obligations;
Undertakes required legal assessments and audits of the company and various Business Unit operations;
Drafts and reviews all types of legal documents， and maintain statutory legal records. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years practicing experience in multinational companies and/or law firms
Demonstrated interest in， exposure to， and understanding of issues affecting business in China
Comfortable in communication with senior management， Chinese government officials and foreigners/foreign companies
Graduate from China ‘s Top Law schools， with specialization in Corporate Law or International Economics Law preferred
Autonomous， well-organized， and very logic in thinking and problem solving
Fluent English speaking and writing， and native Mandarin; solid skills in legal documents writing and translation
