Job Qualification任职资格 教育程度：High School’s degree or above 中学文凭或更高 工作经验：Related work experience in a high volume setting of at least 5 year (especially for warehouse management for fast consumer products or catering service industry) 至少五年高人流量工作经验(特别是快速消费品或餐饮仓库管理工作.) 语言要求：Basic working language of English request, and Chinese 中文和基本的英文工作语言能力 电脑技能： Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred有基本的Office技能者优先 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with C-bord a plus 有CBORD经验 Job Description 职位描述： 负责下属员工的日常工作安排,培训,确保所有下属按照既定的sop进行操作. To be in charge of allocation of daily work and training programs to subordinates and guarantee everybody to operate according to standard SOP. 落实执行各项物流管理的流程,并正确的控制,同时,对于可能发生的业务形态进行预见性的管理控制;对于已经发生的业务形态根据实际情况进行及时的跟进和修订调整,使之适应日常业务的需求. 特别在业务发生不畅或者遇到紧急情况时,能够及时处理和应对. Implementation of logistics procedure and control it in right way. Predict trend of business development and try to mange it in advance. Keep tracking and revising operating procedure according to updated conditions and meet daily operation requirements. And deal with emergency on time. 其他所需事项. Other issues needed. |
