| Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Job description ž Receive configuration and quotation generation request from Sales operation front-end office team and review all documentations and configuration list detail according to HP internal control process ž Manage and answer Sales force’s request and question about the process and policy. Facilitate Sales operation front-end office team and sales force manage their request under HP internal policy control ž Detail study configuration list and generate configuration and quotation in WATSON system ž Generate standard quotation list and legal quotation with standard format to Sales team ž Accountable configuration and quotation accuracy and efficiency. ž Record and update operation activity in system and responsible for E2E TAT and Service level TAT performance target ž Coordinate and communicate between Sales team and support team to ensure operation efficiency and Sales productivity saving ž Answer Sales team’s question and query for product price and fundamental product configuration question Qualifications EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED : ž Bachelor degree or above in computer science or IT related background ž Good communication skill and coordination capability ž Strong knowledge and interest in IT industry and product ž Excellent oral Korean or Japanese special and basic English writing and reading capability ž Strong sense of responsibility and industrious ž Team work and strong willingness to learn and development in operation management |
