| CFO-Position职位说明及要求 | |
| Report to: CEO Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily management of the accounting operations in PRC Managing all company financial issues， including financial and management reporting， internal controls policy， annual audit， cash flow， treasury / banking， net working capital management， daily operational accounting and financial processes/principles/initiatives， to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability Interpreting operation results， analyzing key performance metrics， participating in setting the business plan and providing finance analysis as well as helping to direct the strategic development of the business Taking full responsibility of taxation， auditing and treasury / banking matters and maintaining good relationships with third parties， like banks， tax bureau， auditor etc. Managing the budget process， analysing the actual performance with the budget， variance analysis and ensuring monthly management reports， as well as ensuring all the reporting deadlines and group policies are met and followed Analyzing business risks， tax management and the ongoing improvement of internal procedures Leading and building up a professional and efficient financial team with good financial/accounting processes Implementation of cost-system Requirements: |
