Job Location: Beijing
Mission
To drive the best & unique consumer store experiences via marketing tools (including CRM, MIC, Events, VM, Promotions, ISC) in different areas (Launch Area, Urban Retreat, VIP Lounge, etc) of the metropolitan store.
To create, develop the metropolitan retail mkt calendar and make sure it is aligned with the brand calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
Work with Retail Marketing Service and Marketing Communication team to define flagship retail visual merchandising management strategy for all retail format
In store communication calendar development
Regular visual merchandising maintenance process
Work with Retail Marketing Service team to provide inputs on POS development plans for the region to Business development and Sales team.
Plan and implement in store promotional activities and events
Plan and develop Launch area and Urban retreat events calendar and the corresponding artwork, together with Project and Sales operation Manager and outsource production house
Management
Lead the team to achieve high standard retail visual merchandising management via the effective management of the VM workflow.
Manage and ensure effective in store communication implementation to meet brand building objectives as well as sell-through growth target according to pre-defined marketing calendar, including all ISC set-up in the store.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure a smooth operation and implementation of all mkt campaign.
Ensure and manage systematic regular visual merchandising maintenance and training for all retail formats according to defined guideline.
Implement CRM strategies and increase the revisit frequency of customers
Set benchmarks (KPIs) and keep track the result of each promotions./campaign and achieve the target result.
Financial
Be responsible for the related part of retail working budget control (POP spending and etc) and regular reporting.
System and Processes
Fully understands national business goals, growth strategies, account structure and retail related policies and processes.
Develop and fully utilize various communication tools and management tools to improve productivity
Develop and communicate internal workflow framework with effective implementation.
Consistently provide input to the POS repository management system in terms of
POS clustering
Assortment planning
Visual merchandising improvement
People Management
Systematic coach and feedback to the regional retail marketing team on daily operation to ensure high quality execution
Continuously develop the team‘s competencies to be ready for more challenging jobs.
