高级背光开发工程师(Optical)职位说明及要求

Responsiblities: -Lead the evaluation of BL optical systems and perform product feasibility studies to ensure compliance to BL product specifications and requirements. -Responsible for optical design concepts for BL light guide and enhanced films matching. -Prepare and generate optical components design guideline and DFMEA. Technical consultation with suppliers and production during development process. -Analyze optical problems to determine possible failure mode through root cause analysis and recommend solutions and improvements. -Evaluate and introduce new LG technologies， injection molding process and optical simulation design tools. -Interface with other functions such as structure design， LCM design， quality management and other engineering teams as well as with internal and external suppliers. Requirement: -University graduated， major in Optical is prefered. -CET-4. -More than 3 years relative work experience.
