1.Follow the changes of local laws and regulations. Provide information to HR Director and senior management, to ensure the company complies with all State and local relevant laws. 了解当地法律、法规的变化。向人力资源总监和高层管理人员提供信息,确保公司符合国家和地方的相关法律 2.Communicate with customers to understand their needs and organize staff to provide effective services.与客户沟通,了解他们的需求,组织员工提供高效服务 3.Assist in determining staffing needs and in hiring qualified people effectively. 协助确定员工配置需求以及协助招聘合格人才 4.Oversee the implementation of human resource policies and procedures at the location. Provide guidance and support to solve any HR issues. 监督现场人力资源政策和程序的实施。指导解决人力资源问题 5.Respond to employee complaints and solve conflicts efficiently and effectively. 快速有效地解决员工投诉和矛盾 6.Manage staffing and performance of direct reports.
