1. Role Summary:
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives
To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
2. Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the marketing of company products (car and truck tyres) and services to the right B2C market, and supporting, where needed, also the B2B (Wholesalers and Retailers)
Develop an annual Marketing Plan to detail the year‘s activities / Sell In - Sell Out campaigns to support the Sales and Retailing network
Marketing Budget definition and management (approx. 50 mil RMB) to deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget
To define Above - Below de line communication and PR activities (fairs, seminars, conventions, incentives) to improve Brand awareness and products visibility
To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media (mainly print/web/radio/outdoor)
To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution to the network
Marketing Intelligence: to conduct market research and analysis in order to identify market requirements and needs
3. Candidate Specifications:
Minimum 8 years in Consumer Marketing, with emphasis on Brand building and Retailing support (possibly in start-ups or in new entrants/strong followers)
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Managed teams of several resources (min. 5/10 people), possibly multicultural/Multilanguage teams

5. Candidate Background and Education:
Industry Background: Fast Consumer Goods (International Multinationals), Manufacturing/Automotive/Automotive accessories, Management/Strategy Consulting
Suggested Companies: Unilever, Kraft, Danone, CocaCola or Retail such as: Starbucks, KFC, McDonald‘s, Zara etc.
Education: University degree in Business/Management; MBA preferred
Languages: Chinese mother tongue, English fluent, Italian as a plus
