| 项目经理PROGRAMMANAGER职位说明及要求 | |
Key responsibilities include: -As the manager of Collimator NPI (New Product Introduction) programs -Be responsible for program planning based on design and production process -Be responsible for program integration implementation -Be in charge of program cross-function delivery, review and program documentation control -Be responsible for program cost control -Manage program commercial, execution risks -Leading all collimator IB activities -Drive quality improvement and I&W reduction with synchronizing with global strategy and goal -Quick response on all product quality issues and customer complaints -Manage all post M4 program execution and achieve M5, also support M6 -Support manufacturing and field service -Lead all audit activities for engineering -Responsible for all engineering process and training to all engineers -Control allocated budget to meet the OP -Remain knowledgeable and in compliance with all company compliance requirements, including Environmental, Health and Safety practices and proactively address EHS issues that exist within the employee‘s immediate work environment. Qualifications: -At minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent major -At least 3 years program management experience with cost control skills -Understand product design and production process -Good planning, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills -Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese -Team player |
