Undergraduates with advanced technical, engineering or business degree (Master preferred)· Previous sourcing, manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience for at least 2 years· Solid interpersonal/presentation/facilitation skills ·Ability to communicate globally (multi-lingual)·Proven project management, analytical, and negotiation skills· Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment· Proven leadership skills and strategic planning capability· Solid computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)·Proven ability to develop and execute long-term program sourcing strategies
职责范围 (Job Responsibility) :
·Implement GEHC Indirect Sourcing Process·Manage supplier relationship at the strategic level and responsible for the development and implementation of specific supplier strategies to drive global performance on cost, quality and delivery objectives.·Develop supplier contracts and non-disclosure agreements, SSAA/ABA with suppliers as required to ensure supply chain performance to the highest standards.. ·Manage tactical execution within a Purchase Family·Lead cross-function team conducting PSA and lead negotiation with supplier to exceed the cost reduction commitment to business. ·Proactively lead and involve in project management and lead supplier consolidation execution.·Help maintain our competitive advantage, identify and support integration and synergy activities of Global Indirect and GE Corporate.·Intelligence research for related industry. ·Work with SQE on supplier auditing, identified high-risk suppliers of individual PF.
