Job Qualification任职资格 教育程度：High School’s degree or above 中学文凭或更高 工作经验：Related work experience in a high volume setting of at least 3 year (especially for warehouse management for fast consumer products or catering service industry) 至少三年高人流量工作经验(特别是快速消费品或餐饮仓库管理工作.) 语言要求：Basic working language of English request， and Chinese 中文和基本的英文工作语言能力 电脑技能： Basic MS Office skills (Excel， Word， PowerPoint) preferred有基本的Office技能者优先 (Excel， Word， PowerPoint) Job Description 职位描述： 1， Acquire the logistic information，and enrolled into the system.获取物流信息，录入并维护系统。 2，协助管理仓库，盘点仓库，向主管汇报仓库内存货物的情况。 Coordinate with Warehouse management， inventory taking，report the condition of Good of warehouse to supervisor. 3，安排各项物流工作的善后处理工作. 协调仓库的关闭计划，包括库存管理，仓库的整理和关闭. Assist in the decommission of logistics operations， and for close down of warehouse， including stock management. 4 Qualification checking and procedure management.协调相关配送项目。质检及程序化管理。 5 Coordinate with staff，product and the following up works. 人员协调，配送协调及后续工作。 Skills Required 技能要求 · This role will require a naturally energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fast paced Warehouse environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure and to strict timelines.该职能将要求任职者精力充沛，同时习惯高速运转的仓库环境下，充满压力和严格按照时间表工作的能力. · Works effectively in a multi-cultural team environment 在多文化团队内高效工作 · Has the commitment to see both sides of an issue， and be flexible. 能看到事物的两个方面，并灵活应对 · Takes accountability and initiative to get to the root of any problems and offer reasonable solutions to correct deficiencies有责任主动查找问题的根本原因，提供纠正不足的合理方案 · Has relevant professional knowledge， and working knowledge of Catering Service Experience 有相关的专业知识和供餐服务方面的经验 · Be able to communicate with customers 能与客户进行良好沟通 · Be able to provide quick， effective， and creative solutions to problems针对问题，能提供快速、高效、创造性的解决方案 · Have an understanding of safety policy and procedures 了解安全政策和程序 |
