Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Join GE Healthcare’s most exciting fulfillment team and be part of delivering $1.5B of revenue to the business every year. As the CT OFS Leader, you will be responsible for leading global fulfillment, NPI phase-in/out, and inventory performance of the CT Fulfillment Team (Beijing). In addition, this person will be responsible for leading the performance, operating mechanisms, and development of a team of four Professional Band employees. The CT OFS Leader will work closely with the Diagnostic Imaging Commercial Team to drive Net Promoter Score through shipment on time and delivery quality. Additional responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Develop, drive, and track comprehensive fulfillment plans to deliver aggressive business revenue commitments. Manage Ship Complete On Time, Past Due, and Equipment Delivery Quality metrics. Lead New Product Introduction Teams through milestone execution of fulfillment deliverables. Own Systems, Options, and Accessories inventory targets to support modality cash goals. Execute communication with commercial team regarding equipment delivery timing and details. Deliver execution of operating mechanisms around fulfillment, logistics, product availability, and revenue risk. Coordinate with CT Fulfillment Teams in Hino and Beijing to optimize and allocate global supply. Establish & maintain a positive, proactive relationship in a cross-functional environment, facilitating a boundaryless environment between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service, and Supply Chain. Utilize appropriate Lean and Six Sigma tools to initiate and sustain change across processes and functional areas. Qualifications / Requirements: BS/BA in Engineering or Business Discipline Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Proven ability to deliver in a ambiguous, complex, and global environment Demonstrated communication skills with cross-functional teams Experience with Lean and the Toyota Production System Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite |
