| 薪酬福利主管C&BSupervisor职位说明及要求 | |
要求: 大专以上学历; 3年以上相关工作经验; 良好的英语读写写作能力;熟练使用MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);有大型企业或服务业相关经验者优先. 职责: 1.审核总部和分公司员工的薪金明细, 包括各种社会保险和住房公积金的缴纳,以及离职员工薪水的发放使之合法和及时。 2.维持和更新薪酬福利管理系统,员工档案系统和数据库管理系统,并监督其团队执行。 3.收集和提供劳动成本资料以及员工使用情况向上级汇报。 4.参与ARAMARK薪酬福利政策的完善, 确保薪酬福利与当地劳动法的一致性。 5.为下属提供培训和指导增进他们对ARAMARK 政策的了解. 管理员工和下属的绩效。 Requirement: College’s degree or above, majoring in HR management OR Economy Management preferred; Related work experience of at least 3 years; Good written English and basic oral English; Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Labor-intensive enterprises or service enterprises working background preferred. Responsibility: 1.Audit employees’ payroll of headquarter and branches, including contribution of all kinds of social insurances and housing fund, as well as demission calculation to ensure legal and efficient payment; 2.Maintain and update C&B management system, employee filing system and database management program and supervise the execution; 3.Collect and provide data on labour cost and people utilization situation ;Finish the C&B report according to the requirement; 4.Participate in the development of ARAMARK C&B policies and regulations, Collect information on local labour laws and regulations to ensure C&B program compliance; 5.Provide the subordinates with training and guidance to increase their understanding of ARAMARK policies. Manage staffing and performance of subordinates. |
