| Sales职位说明及要求 | |
工作概述: ·To achieve team and personal sales quota of IT consulting and outsourcing services to Chinese domestic commercial customers and multinational companies (MNCs) located mostly in Beijing-Tianjin area ·Demonstrate result-driven sales skills and grow sales revenue quickly and steadily through solid and long-term customer relationship ·Work closely for and with the leadership in the SDO through no-nonsensical teamwork ·Exercise both solution-based, consultative sales and relationship sales tailored to the customers to effectively close the deals and maximize the contract value ·Collaborate seamlessly with other teams in software dev outsourcing department as well as all other Camelot teams of sales, delivery, management, and back offices in Chinese and international locations 教育与经历: ·2 years/+ of IT services sales with successful track record of fast growth ·3 years/+ of total professional experiences if services sales experience is less than 2 years ·Bachelor of computer, engineering, or business degree/+ 技能要求: ·STRONG communication skills ·Solution-based IT services sales preferred ·IT technical background/skills preferred unless the candidate demonstrates strong sales and/or English skills ·Sales training preferred |
