JOB DESCRIPTION

To be a key contributor of the management team responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy, planning, implementation and business growth for the company.

Qualification:
1.Preferably holding a Degree in Mechanical Engineering;

2.At least 10 years in Sales and Marketing of consumable engineering products;

3.At least having 5 years or more of Sales and Marketing Management Experience with high turnover;

4.Excellent written and oral skill in English and Mandarin;

5.Have good proven track record in Sales and marketing of technical products.

1.Having the character of high integrity, passionate, and hard working;

2.Have high enthusiasm to develop a completely new sales and marketing team that will operate effectively;

3.Energetic, warm and sensitive.

Quality:
1.Team builder, able to form, manage, lead, coach, train and motivate a team of highly competent Sales Force and Dealership/ distribution networks;

2.Able to work independently, and interdependently with the other collaborative team members, such as Plant Manager, Financial Manager, Operation Manager, and Administrative Manager;

3.Having excellent communication skills at high level negotiation and discussion, and also laterally with the rest of the members of the team, and the ability to communicate and mentor the team towards the Corporation‘s Vision and Mission;

4.Communicate value proposition that will then creating customer values, customer retention, and creating plans for solution selling;

5.Develop Strategic CRM Portfolios.
