| Job Purpose Workforce Planning, Sourcing and Recruiting for the assigned account group in the company Principal Accountabilities The following are the duties of a recruiter in SMIC 1.Develop and execute sourcing plan based on manpower requirements. 2.Manage relationship with recruiting sources such as search firm, agency. 3.Plan and execute recruitment activities such as Career Fair, Campus recruiting trips, Recruitment of MA out-of- town etc. 4.Recruiting candidates through the offering process including candidate info audit & key-in, Offer’s coordination &finish, Offer explain &sign. 5.Maintenance of Candidate system informationl General staffing reporting and analysis for assigned accounts 6. Manage and execute of staffing projects such as Industrial attachment program, apprenticeship program, temp help program etc. 7.Direct Labor recruiting (if included in assignment) 8.Contract labor recruiting (if included in assignment) 9.Others Education or Working Experience Minimum University degree qualification. Professional Skill At least 2 years of experience in HR with experience in staffing dutiesGood computer and basic office automation skill is requiredKnowledge of local Labor law is a plus General Skill Good communication skills Good command in English (written and verbal)Initiative in problem solving and must be a good team player |
