| MaintenanceManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities (1)Be responsible to establish the factory equipment’s pre-service system; schedules and prioritizes maintenance, including preventive maintenance and reparation activities of company facilities, equipment and other events. Ensures that work is completed in a timely manner; (2)Drafts the maintenance plan, and updates the plan on practical basis ; (3)Develops and improves the maintenance relevant standard operation procedures or work instructions; (4)Keeps the machine running smoothly, reduces down rate as low as possible; (5)Optimize safely running of all machines in the plant; (6)Records data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filings; (7)Supervises maintenance section personnel; assigns work, evaluates performance, provides technical training; (8)Prepares and issues work order assignments and performs quality control on completed work; (9)Coordinates work scheduling with other departments , develops and implements quality control programs, provides technical advice as needed to other departments; (10)May be required to respond to after-hours emergency conditions; (11)Performs other duties as required. Qualifications and Skills Required 1. University Degree with a major in Mechanical or related field 2. Minimum 5-6 years working experience in Equipment maintenance and 2-3 years experience in managerial position 3. Be familiar with the knowledge of maintenance management, like PPM, TPM, and 5S system 4. Be familiar with the knowledge of tools, procedures, technical skills and safety rules for maintenance 5. Be familiar with PLC、DNC、CNC 6. Be good at MIS office 7. Strong organization ability and high willing & ability to communicate 8. Excellent energetic, creative, intelligent, diligent and professional 9. Good organization and coordinating ability with team spirit |
