IT organization Introduction TCL Multimedia has a global IT center located at Shenzhen to provide IT service globally, it is the HQ of global IT. Currently, TCLM has four SAP instances located in Mexico, Poland, Thailand and China to provide global business operation support including manufacturing and S&D. The SAP SC will provide SAP off shore SAP maintenance enhancement management service, include basis support globally. Now TCLM is hunting for SAP senior a basis consultant, who will serve as the leader of basis team. He (She) will be the member of the business management Steering committee, and directly report to chief of the SAP SC Dept. The main responsibilities 1.Team leader：take charge of daily activity management of basis team; Act as the basis expert to your team. Approximately, this job will take you 10% of total effort. 2.SAP Basis maintenance include authorization management, system backup and refresh, client administrator and client copy, background job management, IDOC EDI interface management. Receive the help request from oversea business and provide support. SAP related infrastructure monitoring, including network security management. Basis team must provide 7*24 support availability to cover different time zones. Approximately, this job will take you 50% of total effort. 3.Database and OS maintenance optimization. SAP related database (Oracle) maintenance monitoring performance optimization crisis management. OS (HP Unix and IBM AIX) maintenance monitoring performance optimization crisis management. Approximately, this job will take you 20% of total effort. 4. Participate in the SAP R/3 project. Participate in the solution and project planning design with your best practice. Analyzes, designs, develops, enhances, and implements SAP systems with emphasis in supporting basis operations. On going SAP R/3 project implementation support; including client management, user authorization collection and configuration, external software installation. Configuration request management and transportation. Approximately, this job will take you 20% of total effort depending on the IT plans. There are 3 to 4 team members in basis team under the leadership of the team leader. The basis team would provide off shore remote support for five different SAP instances located in Poland, Thailand, Mexico, HongKong and China Huizhou. Attributes/Skills Required/Sought 1. Clear Knowledge of SAP Architecture & Landscapes 2. Previous SAP basis maintenance experience across complex multi-site business for multiple instances clients. Knowledge of SAP R/3 implementation methodologies in basis area. 3. Experience in SAP R/3 basis at least three years. 4. Able to communicate clearly in the English, both written and verbal 5. Available and acceptable for night shift within the basis team Experience/Education Required/Sought 1. University degree, major in Information systems or related 2. Experience with project management or team leader will be an advantage 3. Best experience skill for SAP performance optimizing will be an advantage |
