ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and understand product/feature requirements from Japan customers
Design sufficient and effective test cases in Japanese to cover Japan customers‘ requirement
Setup effective test environment
Execute test cases in Japanese language environment to verify the product function， UI and manual for Japanese version product
Assist developer to reproduce， analyze and fix product defects.
Provide test summary and test report
Prepare test script with LoadRunner， QTP and other tools， to do performance and reliability test.
Investigate and develop appropriate test tools to strengthen test
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Japanese background. Strong read/write Japanese ability， fluent in oral and spoken Japanese.
Major in Computer Science or Software development/Software test， or equivalent
Familiar with product development and test process
Clear thinking， strong problem analysis and solving ability
Quick learning ability to new knowledge and technology
Team working and good communication ability
Familiar with Windows， Linux Operation System， MySQL， SQL Server or Oracle
Good English skill in reading and writing
Experience in performance and reliability test is a prefer
Development experience with Java， C++， C#， .Net is a prefer
Good oral English is a prefer
Familiar with LoadRunner/QTP is a prefer
DESIRED:
Native Japanese and knows Japanese language and culture well
