Role profile
Manage all aspects of Beijing Office Facility, including operability, efficiency, security and safety.
Ensure a high quality and professional facility property is maintained, and portrayed as such
Effective management of Regional Office facility budget
Project Management for all aspects of facility related work, including fit-outs, renovations, moves etc
Major Accountabilities
Provide Facility Management and ensure continual effective running of HQ Office
Provide consultancy and current market benchmarking on cost of rented office facilities
Plan, review and implement operational space requirements
Prepare annual budget proposals and monthly budget reports
Ensure continual cost management of HQ facility budget
Determine requirements and specifications to ensure the purchase of good quality and cost effective equipment.
Vet contractors and suppliers for facility related items and services
Review the costing of all service and maintenance contracts and negotiate to achieve cost effective and high quality service.
Review rental and negotiate upon renewal to ensure the lowest possible rental and the best terms and conditions.
Manage the company portfolio of building assets.
Formulate and implement building policies and procedures.
Ensure office is maintained in good, functional condition to enable uninterrupted operation.
Qualifications
Communication skills.
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCAD etc.)
3-5 years experience in a related capacity.
Educational Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent.
Education in Estate Management, Fire Safety Engineering Certificate (Industrial) (preferable).
Fire Safety Manager Course (preferable)
