ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
对Call Center日常工作的安排,考勤落实、绩效管理、激励政策的制定及实施
对Call Center数据的采集和报告的正常开展进行监督管理
管理和提升Call center服务质量,推动Call Center及Care Center(电话销售团队)完成年度目标
监控电话服务质量,减少失误,通过培训、指导等方式提高团队的综合素质,为公司外部及内部客户提供高质量的服务
优化公司运作流程,分析改进以及建议报告,激励团队提高效率,配合公司销售团队以达到销售业绩的增长
对现有运营项目进行协调,以确保Call Center各项目的顺利进行以及预期目标的完成
负责对客户投诉处理的追踪
面向GE healthcare 所有团队提供不懈的支持
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA 学士或相关学位
具有客服管理、电话营销等相关经验者优先考虑
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
良好业务管理意识
良好的客户服务意识和战略销售意识
能胜任在压力下工作
流利普通话,基础英语口语和写作能力
