ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist HR Manager for handling day-to-day HR operation works;
Intern management including check in, check out, transfer and contract renewal;
Maintain personnel files, staffing tracking reports, personnel information database and other HR files;
Collects, assembles and analyses data or information for personnel reports;
Conducts the processing of personnel requests or actions to ensure compliance with company‘s policy and audit;
Carry out other relative tasks assigned according to business needs;
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
