| DSP S/W Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility: We’re seeking for talent who is experienced in DSP design for wireless PHY layer baseband signal processing. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage a team to maintain legacy product release and evolve new contents for 4G WiMax product. 1.Recruit and lead a 10~15 engineers team including technical leads， senior s/w designers and new graduates for product maintenance and new functions development 2.Take corresponding project management role， be responsible for project planning/control， resource allocation， risk management， and quality control 3.Perform people management related obligations and duties 4.Report periodically regarding project progress， issues， etc. on a regular basis Requirements: 1.The ideal candidate will possess a technical BS/MS generally in Electrical or Computer Engineering 2.Experienced in wireless PHY layer protocols (e.g. in GSM， CDMA， UMTS， WCDMA， WiMax etc) 3.Sound fundamentals on DSP theory， and good knowledge on DSP architecture and optimization techniques 4.Direct developing and debugging experience of real-time signal processing code for DSPs 5.Experience in using DSP software development and testing tools like TI CCS， Spectrum Analyzer etc 6.MatLab， C， C++， DSP Assembly Language programming experience 7.Development within a structured software development environment using industry configuration management tools 8.Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management or Team Leader role before 9.FPGA design experience will be a plus 10.Strong English communication skills 11.An ability and willingness to handle multiple assignments， adapt to fast-changing circumstances， and do what it takes to get the job done 12.Ability to identify the requirements and obtains the resources that will lead the group to success 13.Ability to provide effective mentorship and formal training to team members and others (including external customers) in a one-on-one setting as well as in a large group or forum 14.Good understanding on product life cycle 15.Ability to manage metrics of day-to-day work and implement the department performance improvement |
