Summary: Responsible for providing store systems support for the company Retail stores
Primary Responsibilities (in the office):
Responsible for all aspects related to Retail Systems hardware
and software for new store openings and retrofits. This includes
procurement， receiving， storage， configuration， packing and
shipping， serial number tracking， and supervising the repair
process for all hardware
Coordinating travel with other teams and vendors， and gathering
any store-specific IS&T related information.
Ensure effective and timely store systems support for all
existing stores. This includes 1st or 2nd level phone support for
all Retail Systems hardware and software during normal business
hours， and during off-hours when needed.
Lead and/or assist with any system change management. This
includes testing， piloting， deploying， and the subsequent support
of new or updated hardware and software. This also includes
documenting and communicating this process or any issues to the
appropriate stores and teams while providing detailed daily
updates on the status.
Update team documentation as needed to ensure processes are up-
to-date and consistent among all team members.
Research new retail hardware technologies.
Primary Responsibilities (in the field):
Be the point of contact for all IS&T related new store opening
and retrofit activities.
Receive， install， configure， and validate POS and back office
hardware and software according to preset timelines while
maintaining compliance with established standards.
Validate network activity and other IS&T services. Work with
vendors to correct issues if necessary.
Document and communicate any process changes or fixture relations
Requitements:
Bachelor degree or above in Information System or related field
Must have 2-3 years related working experience， especially have onsite support experience in retail store.
Excellent english skill in writing and speaking.
Good communication skill and customer service orientation
Have company product knowledge or familiar with MAC platform is preferred
