ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Commercial Leadership Program(CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE‘s future sales leaders. Leveraging GE‘s boundaryless selling environment， the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication， leadership， and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships. Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services， Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers. CLP offers three to four six-month rotational assignments， advanced sales training， business and leadership courses， mentoring and career planning during two years.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering(Electrical， Mechanical， Thermal， Environmental).
1~2 years working experience in Energy industry， or GE internship exp.
Outstanding academic achievements.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership values.
Interest in sales.
Geographic flexibility and global mindset.
DESIRED:
EID interns.
Previous working experience in OC industry.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Local package will be offered.
After graduation， the CLP will base in one of the Northeast China cities.
