Description：
The Motorola Mobile Devices 3GSM Global System Test Team is responsible for validation and verification of software functionality for iDEN/CDMA handsets. This includes analysis and review of requirements， test planning， test design and procedure development， and all validation activities to achieve shipment for products.
Requirement：
Candidates will have a BS/MS EE/CE/CS degree， preferably with experience in any or all of the following:
Wireless communication products testing and test plan documentation.
Must be familiar with the concepts involved in testing embedded products.
Strong troubleshooting and defect localization abilities.
Ability to analyze requirements and develop strong test cases.
Able to follow test process and work within the guidelines of the process. Must be a highly flexible individual used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
The candidate must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills， problem solving ability， and motivation.
Experience in iDEN/CDMA technology is a plus.
Individual will need a strong background in product systems test development， understanding test applications and methodologies Familiar with debug tools to capture embedded software issues， defect tracking tools DDTS， and TestCentral/TMS for reporting test results Ability to effectively apply technical skills with minimum supervision， a highly self-motivated with good verbal and written communication Ability to travel as needed to support testing in customer lab Experience leading team/working with remote sites a plus.
