ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This clinical analyst role will be part of the Verification and Validation team for the Centricity Electronic Health Record also called Clinical Information System. Specific requirements include:
Analyze clinical workflow for different departments in the hospital and identify validation scenarios
Validate the CIS product to ensure the product meets the clinical requirement of different departments in hospital
Assist in clinical configuration needs for delivery of production and demonstration systems.
Support quality and regulatory teams in maintaining quality system, including program requirements, risk analysis and documentation.
Provide consulting, coaching and training in clinical matters to the V&V, development and other internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor‘s degree
Minimum 5 years work experience in healthcare as a nurse, physician or other healthcare provider with at least 2 years of experience in ICU, NICU, ED or other critical care environment.
Clear thinking, strong problem analysis and solving ability
Team work and good communication ability
Good English skill in reading, writing, writing and speaking
DESIRED:
Experience with electronic clinical information system or other area of clinical informatics through clinical user experience
Previous system management or clinical analyst experience.
