Join the core technology team to deliver refurbished and remanufactured DI products that greatly satisfy our customer‘s needs and deliver outstanding financial results to the business.
The ideal candidate will lead our Beijing GoldSeal program team to deliver CT， FI， MR， and XR GoldSeal products.
Key deliverables:
Product roadmaps and integrated program plans
NPI leadership from product concept through customer satisfaction assurance
Deliver programs to commitments: quality， schedule， and budget
Provide an inclusive， positive， and empowering team environment
Coach and mentor the NPI team in a candid and open manner
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical， Mechanical， or Biomedical engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of team leadership experience
Outstanding skills in program planning and execution
Six Sigma Certification
Understands and advocates customer needs in all phases of product development and drives quality in all NPI activities
Proven interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent problem solving skills， sound judgment， initiative， and creativity
Excellent oral， written， and public communication skills
DESIRED:
Legally authorized to work in China
Able to travel to the United States
Willing to take a drug test
Willing to submit to a background investigation， including for example， verification of your past employment， criminal history， and educational background
