ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting functionally to the Engineering Leader Asia Pacific and operationally to the ICFC Leadership team， the Project Manager of GE Water In China For China (ICFC) project slate is responsible for establishing timelines and milestones leading to the completion of the ICFC projects:




Coke Oven and Refinery Wastewater solutions development and piloting


MBR redesign


MBR Performance Enhancement


Residual COD Removal


Wastewater volume reduction for Evaporator feed


Ultra low cost BWRO design


High flu BWRO design


Membrane Improvement


Fouling/Scaling Prevention

Upon establishing individual project timelines， the Project Manager will interface with Engineering， Technology， Sourcing， Human Resources and Finance project team members to ensure specific roles and responsibilities are defined， individual objectives and milestones are completed in accordance with the project schedule. A communication rhythm， including reports showing action items and progress reports for individual projects and their respective milestones， will be established and maintained by the Project Manager with weekly report outs to China Commercial， Asia functional and global leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:




5 years experience managing projects preferably in technology development


knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft project


mechanical or electrical design engineering experience


tertiary level technical or engineering degree


Mandarin fluency and working knowledge of English
