ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:




Engineering Lead designer to manage GEMSIT product according to the requirements from Marketing.

This position communication with cross-functional product development teams. Coordinate development activities.

Strong leadership lead the development team to release and maintain the IITS product.

Deliver best in class Quality products using DFSS， DFR， VOC， and other six-sigma initiatives within NPI processes.

Drive definition of new products focusing on customer needs.

Drive cross-functional execution working with global engineering teams to meet milestone/program deliverables.

Working with Product Management to define WWPP and roadmap program definitions.

Clear obstacles and drive program decisions in communicating summary to business team.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:




B.S. in computer science plus 3 years of industry experience or 5-7 years of industry experience

Proven experience with Medical IT solution. Good background of IHE/HL7/DICOM/HIPAA.

Highly team oriented; able to thrive in an agile development environment with few barriers to creativity. Passion for quality with a testing

Excellent oral English and writing skills.

Experience with Linux， UNIX and Windows.

Familiarity with Rational products a plus

Effective communicator capable of describing and documenting proposed solutions

Desire to work in a complex global environment with proven ability to coordinate global diverse teams.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Program Leadership role including LSD caliber experience

Knowledge of product development processes.(PRD)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proven ability to learn new technologies

Familiar with defect tracking system， Clearcase and automation test system.
