ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsibilities for China IGCC program
Responsible for leading internal cross-functional teams and external partners to establish an overall execution plan for China IGCC projects and deliver results
Establish 50 Hz IGCC platform in China and leverage Chinese partners and suppliers on future projects outside China to enhance GE global competitiveness
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
5 years Energy industry experience
Proven program and project management skills
High energy and result focus with ability to work in a matrix organization
DESIRED:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in overall IGCC including the gasification island， turbine island and integration
Solid business and financial acumen
