ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide effective leadership and direction to the business in Projects (OTR) and Services on all EHS issues.
Develop/Implement & Maintain EHS programs and plans in accordance with all GE EHS processes， and Country laws and permits.
Work with operations management to ensure effective implementation of EHS processes and systems， using GE EHS Plans， management framework and scorecard systems.
Provide EHS support for all Projects - planning， construction， commissioning and servicing of Gas & Steam/Hydro/Aero & Wind Farms
Conduct EHS PG Audits of Projects & Services installations and lead efforts with management to implement corrective actions.
Develop， conduct and coordinate required EHS training.
Conduct Accident Investigations to determine accurate root cause analysis， and proactive solutions.
Assist in the development and delivery of training workshops， best practice tools and communication processes.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor‘s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related EHS field.
DESIRED:
Detailed knowledge of Construction (On & Offshore) safety legislation.
Working knowledge of Power Plant Systems (Gas / Wind / Hydro/Aero/Jenbacher Gas Engines)
Knowledge of EU， and Middle East EHS legislation
Six Sigma Green Belt
Fluent in English
Strong Leadership/Interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5 years minimum EHS experience.
Initiative and a global mindset.
Excellent PC skills.
Ability to travel.
