ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Take lead in SOX work and internal controls of greater China. Need to communicate with global and international controllership team and all legal entities in China.
Lead HQ GCO work and keep GCO policy. Work together with legal， OTR and sourcing team.
Quarterly review with top management on GCO work.
Lead junior staff to conduct monthly T&L audit and communicate with commercial team.
Policy update and training to commercial team.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications/Requirements:
4 or 5 years working experience;
Strong communication skill， fluent English;
Accounting or auditing background;
Team work and leadership.
