FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Logistics
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading site import/export and customs clearance issues， warehousing and transportation.
Import shipments arrival tracking and report.
Verification of the Customs Clearance documentations， timely transfers the requirements of documentations of Customs.
Monitoring the individual inbound & outbound consignments Customs Clearance status， to keep relatives timely inform， to expedite those special requests by customer or overseas keep relatives timely inform， to expedite those special requests by customer or overseas partner on customs clearance. And coordinate with PO & CS team.
To Coordinate with local Customs for the inbound & outbound Customs inspection， to make the smooth clearance.
To coordinate with local Commercial quarantine & inspection office for commercial quarantine & inspection.
Export and carrying trade operation， including tax refund tracking.
3PL management and keep their performance improving.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor or college degree.
Familiar with Import/export flows and have rich operation experience 3. Self-starter， performance driven with good planning and time management skills;
Analytic thinker， good communication skills.
Well organized and able to work in a busy environment requiring management of multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Customer focused， process minded， hands on， task oriented and ability to work independently
Good oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
Strong sense with integrity
PC skill (Word， Excel，Power Point) is required and familiar with ERP
