| PurchasingSpecialist职位说明及要求 | |
Description: Use MRP output, leverage with historic usage data, and follow with Kanban system to release purchase order, balance the goal of maintaining low inventories and providing adequate stocks to meet customer requirements; Negotiate with suppliers for lower price and better service to acquire more savings for the company; Work with technical people to localize raw material sourcing. Follow up the status of the purchasing orders issued (ETD, ETA, Receiving) through daily communication with suppliers; Maintain related parameters in MRP system; Check incoming import documentation and provide proper paperwork to the Customs coordinator to do clearance; Cooperate with the Accounting Dept. to do cost calculating and settle the payments; Distribute the COA and inter act with the technical group; Do supplier evaluation and development Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Science or equivalent. Fluency in Mandarin and English. 1 years experience in operations planning/purchasing, logistics and/or manufacturing operations. The incumbent must maintain all PPG ethics standards. |
