Senior Consultant/Consultant， 高级顾问/顾问 (Shanghai， Beijing， Suzhou) Key Responsibilities As a senior consultant/consultant for Randstad you will - work both with clients and candidates to identify their employment needs and priorities and provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations - offer Randstad‘s search & selection solutions to clients by building and managing relationships for business development purposes - search， recruit， interview， coach and develop talents for whom you will find appropriate positions Qualifications - a Bachelor degree (or above) is a must - minimum of 2-3 years consultant experience in an industry or position specialization， especially in the manufacturing and finance industry or experience in HR/sales & mkt /customer service is required - excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English - eager to deliver positive， measurable results - strong teamwork spirit - high sensitivity of ethics， integrity and professionalism |
