Department: Area Sales & Marketing Department
Major Accountabilities:
1. Leaded directly by the S & M manager， the incumbent works closely with the sales management and sales force in establishment or adjustment of the North area’s training system by development of the Company’s business.
2. The incumbent conducts sales training independently in view of problems and findings from the sales representatives and sales manager.
3. The incumbent communicates other departments timely to get their training needs and feedback to training results.
4. The incumbent maintains all staff training records， collects training information and prepares monthly training reports.
5. The incumbent provides sales coach for North Station sales force and feeds back constructive information for the sales management.
Qualifications：
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good command of English; CET-6
3. With 3 years sales management experience.
