Scheduling Manager Job requirement: 1, College degree or above in business or related field; 2,Fluent English in all round use and Mandarin is a must; 3, Proficient use of MS Office, Sound knowledge of database management and software systems, Knowledge of Kronos Labor Management System preferred; 4, Experience with staffing for large scale or multiple concurrent events; 5, prove ability to work closely with all levels of management, clients, and employees. Job Description: 1,Using Kronos Labor Mangement System – Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Scheduler after training of Kronos; 2,Work with the Directors in HR and IT to implement and execute Kronos as the Labor Management System for the Olympic Project Catering Services Project, including, establish the master schedule ,participate the test phase, improve the process; 3, Assist in the roll out of the system and process to other Olympic venues and train subsequent team members; 4, other duties as assigned. |
