| Business Area:Automation & Control Goals/Mission Manage the entire sales organization for Siemens‘ I&S Water Technologies business for China, including products, systems and solutions sales. Direct reports include section managers for direct sales as well as third party channels for OEM‘s and dealers. Achieve RMB 1.1 billion for fiscal year 2008. 6-9 direct reports. Tasks Achieve FY ‘08 bookings target for China Evaluate the market in the region and develop a plan which ensures achievement of our order income targets and allows us to identify new products and application needs for future development. Develop a detailed training plan for the entire sales organization. Define the appropriate sales organizaton structure, identify appropriate candidates and fill positions. Knowledge/Languages Extensive sales and sales management experience Familiar with membrane and conventional treatment technologies Extensive water market experience Experience 10 years experience in the water industry. 5 years sales management experience Leading more than 7 people for 3 years Experience in working within an international company/organization.
